Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes by Poldent sp. z o. o. and entities cooperating with Poldent sp. z o. o., including sending Poldent newsletters and other commercial offers (including electronic means) – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is the direct marketing of its products and services as well as those of cooperating entities. In the case of newsletter subscription, the legal basis for data processing is your consent. Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes. Withdrawal of consent or objection is binding to the administrator. Your data may be disclosed to entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator’s, based on an agreement with the administrator and solely in accordance with the administrator's instructions (e.g., a courier company handling the delivery of paper marketing mailings, an IT company providing mailing services, etc.). To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent, but withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data (in Poland: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing is not in accordance with the law.
