El sistema rotatorio Endostar E3 es un conjunto de modernas limas rotatorias que se utilizan para una preparación eficaz y eficiente del canal radicular. Están fabricados con una aleación de níquel-titanio de la máxima calidad, que proporciona durabilidad y flexibilidad. Las limas pueden encajar fácilmente incluso en conductos muy curvados, minimizando de esta forma el riesgo de perforación del conducto. La forma modificada de la lima S NiTi, con dos filos de corte de 90 grados, garantiza un corte eficaz, el transporte de los restos hacia arriba en el conducto y disminuye el periodo de preparación. La punta inactiva permite una preparación segura, minimizando el riesgo de una vía falsa, perforaciones y ensanchamiento de los extremos del conducto. La conicidad fácilmente legible (número de rayas en el mango) y tamaño ISO (rayas de color) permiten el uso de los instrumentos sin esfuerzo.
Endostar E3 system intended for use in cases or wide canals, where the final preparation to #30 is not enough.
- After preparation of the canal with the use of file No. 3 from the set of Endostar E3 Basic is completed, evaluate apex width. For this purpose, use a size 30 NiTi hand file. Insert it at full working length and gently twist it. If the file rotates – this means that the canal is wider than size 30 and should be expanded.
- Shape the canal with instrument 1 from the Endostar E3 Big Apical Rotary System (04/35) until full working length is reached.
- Shape the canal by inserting instrument No. 2 (04/40) at full working length.
- Check the width of the tip using a size 40 NiTi hand file. Insert the instrument at full working length and apply a gentle twist. If the instrument does not rotate, stop shaping the canal. However if the instrument still rotates – continue with shaping.
- Shape the canal using instrument No. 3 from the Endostar E3 Big Apical Rotary System (04/45) until you reach full working length.
- Check the apex width with a size 45 NiTi hand file. Insert the instrument at full working length and apply a gentle twist. If the instrument does not rotate, stop shaping the canal. < However if the hand file does rotate, continue shaping with larger-sized NiTi hand files such as size 50, 55, 60 etc
Las limas deberían utilizarse con una velocidad de motor de entre 150 y 300 rpm.
Los ajustes del par indicados en la tabla anterior únicamente se muestran a modo de ejemplo y pueden variar según las preferencias de cada usuario y las capacidades del motor. No sobrepase el límite del par superior, específico para cada instrumento. Si no es posible ajustar un par preciso y solo se dispone de niveles de par específicos del fabricante, asegúrese de elegir uno que no supere el límite recomendado
Número recomendado de usos:
Un máximo de 5 veces, siempre que la inspección visual realizada por el profesional antes de su uso demuestre que el instrumento no esté dañado, no esté doblado, ni deformado, no muestre signos de desgaste de la cuchilla y pueda fijarse de forma segura a la pieza de mano. Si la lima ha sido sometida a una gran fuerza de torsión, especialmente en conductos muy curvados, el instrumento debe utilizarse una única vez.
